We are proud to announce that we are changing our corporate identity and company name from Miller Chemical & Supply Company to Horvath Chemical & Supply Company effective January 1, 2021.
The name change is a result of the Horvath Family, from Roaring Spring, PA, increasing its role from longstanding stakeholder to full ownership. Throughout its history, Miller Chemical & Supply has focused on providing professionals in the automotive, marine, manufacturing, and transportation industries with the highest quality industrial cleaners, degreasers, and vehicle care products.
Since its inception in 1986 when Scott Horvath, Sr. was servicing his accounts from a van, our company has continuously raised the bar with its advancements in product offerings and its commitment to customer support to help support their needs in an ever-changing world of needs and technologies. We stand behind this commitment today, tomorrow, and for the rest of time.
Always adapting its business to better serve its community and customers, we responded to the COVID-19 pandemic by becoming a trusted distributor of cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting supplies, as well as personal protective equipment including gloves, masks, and other business essentials.
In addition, we are excited to announce the future rollout of the Horvath Chemical & Supply Online Store, which will allow us to expand our reach, but more importantly, help provide an easy and efficient way to better serve our customers.
We want you to know that there will be no modifications to the nature of our company, nor will it in any way affect existing commercial relations with customers, partners, suppliers, financial management, manufacturing, contracts, personnel, and/or shareholders.
